I found this bug today and it appears to occur on all of my 7.0.0.1 clients.

I installed the latest 7.0.0.1 Viewer on Windows 10 and also on some other machines for testing purposes.

The problem:

You can't run files (e.g. exe/bat) from the File Manager. The Remote File Execution Window does not appear.

I still can copy the filepath of the file that needs to be executed and use the "Remote Execution" Window to run my file but it gets annoying to do it all the time.

In 6.x I don't have this problem, I can execute files from inside the File Manager.

I hope this can be fixed.

PS: There are no logs for this bug in any of client/viewer logs.

Hi Karsten,

Thank you for your message. Yes, this bug was already reported in this thread. We reproduced it yesterday and fixed. The fix will be available in the upcoming 7.0.0.2.

If you wish to test the fix yourself we can send you a download link for updated exe files for Viewer and Host via email. You'll just need to replace them in your Viewer and Host installation folders.

Thanks.
