Multiple monitors not recognized.

I am using Host version 6.10.10.0 (69110)
I am using Viewer version # 6.10.10.0
The viewer recognizes 2 of three monitors.
I have a choice of Monitor 1,2 , 5 or entire desktop. Number 5 shows shows a blank screen.

The host machine has 3 monitors numbered 1,2 & 3.
What di I have to do?
