I set up RU Host 6.10 on two users' computers. Under Internet -ID connection in settings, it shows status as "Ready for connection". However, the icon does not have a blue dot on it.
When I try connecting over my Viewer, it initially shows as being as online, and then it goes offline once I try clicking on it. For what it's worth, my viewer is an older version of RU (6.5 I believe). I'm not sure if that's a factor here.

Hello Patrick,
Thank you for your message.
Hope that helps.
Thank you for your message.
We no longer use a blue dot. Instead the Host icon can either be grey (no connection) or blue (connection ok). It turns red when there is an active session, i.e. someone's being connected to that Host.I set up RU Host 6.10 on two users' computers. You should update both parts - Viewer and Host - to the most recent version. As of this writing it is 6.10.10.0.When I try connecting over my Viewer, it initially shows as being as online, and then it goes offline once I try clicking on it.
