RDP Taskbar vertical not show icons apps

Version 6.10.10

When we use the RDP option and the controlled computer has the ~~taskbar in the vertical position~~ and we press the Windows icon to open the program menu then the installed applications and the "Start Menu" icons aren't shown. This doesn't happen if the taskbar is horizontal.

Is there a solution to this problem?
