ok, So I requested my key again and the key is saying it is the free one.  Is there a version change that required me to re-buy the Starter version?

If not, do you see where I bought the starter?  I know I bought it after you added the banners but none of my saved licenses are showing it.

Except I only have one license, it is the paid one that I have been using for over 3 years.  Plus all of my other computers work fine (as I mentioned previously)  It is only 2 out of 8 that have the banners.

Also as I have mentioned previously, I have fixed this previously by re-adding the license but this time it tells me I already have the license added.

You have 6 pages of telling people this. OF COURSE I KNOW IT.  I paid for a 10 user license. I have had this license for years.  You can look it up quite easily rather than wasting an entire day just to tell me something that is not related.

so. to be crystal clear.  I have a 10 user professional license that I paid for.  randomly the viewer displays the banner.

In the past I could re-add my license but now it won't let me re-add it and the banner stays.  The other 6 computers I connect to are just fine.  It is only these two that show the banner.

I have found this tends to be after upgrades but I am unable to get your software to acknowledge that I have a valid license.

So, one more time.  How do I turn off the banner when I have a valid license that I have been using for years?

I understand the banner but I HAVE a valid 10 user license and two of my computer STILL show the banner!!!  I can not find any instructions on how to remove it.

I tried to re-add the license but it correctly tells me it is already added.

So keep the banner, that is fine but fix your severe bug that keeps making the banner popup when it is not valid.

I can't remove the "Your computer has been connected to a remote sessi

I found it.  I had to reboot my computer (restarting the Host service did not do it).  Now why, after 3 years of not seeing this banner did it just appear overnight is beyond me but at least it is gone now.

I have a Pro license for 10 users and some of my computers are just fine and then others have this stupid window that covers up a vital area.

How do I get rid of it?  I have gone into Viewer, Help, License on all of the computers and they all show my Pro license.

Is there somewhere in Host to verify the license?

I think I found it.  I had under "All Connections" a General Address Book" with my 6 connections and also a "PrimaryList" with 5.  When I delete the Primary List so that I only have the General Address Book, then the error message went away.

I was thinking the additional address books were subsets of the General but I guess they are additive.

Thanks!

I have this problem too.  I have a total of 6 computers.  All six have the host program running and two of them have Viewer running (although I loaded viewer on all of them, they are not running)

I run Viewer from either my main pc or my netbook.

When i try to run viewer from the netbook I get the max license error message of 10.  The only thing I can think of is that it sees my main pc as 6 plus netbook for 6 which equals 12 in its mind instead of 6.

I've shutdown Viewer on the main pc (since I'm not on that PC anyway) and it makes no difference.

I've looks for the address book but the only places I have found show only 6.

What do I need to do to have my netbook view the 5 other PCs and my main PC view the other 5 PCs (excluding themselves?)

Worked Fine for a Few Minutes

I have a similar issue.  I'm connected to 3 computers. 2 are just fine but the 3rd is VPNed into my work VPN and it keeps stopping.  I even moved the work computer to my location so it is just behind me but it still just stops and displays the screen but I can't move anything or type.

I also used another 3rd party software and was able to connect using it just fine.

Not complaining because this is an AWESOME package for free but the one box I need contact access to is the only one acting up :)
