Hi,
I'm testing various remote desktop solutions, and so far have found Remote Utilities very good to use for the price. However, the main issue I am having is that we can not connect to computers from inside the building.
I have GMS installed on our virtual server which hosts our company intranet and helpdesk software etc (192.168.0.2)
I then have my PC (192.168.0.54) and a test PC (192.168.0.172).
The test PC has been saved using the internet ID, which should have been generated by GMS (192.168.0.2) - although it said it would send an email to me, I never got it so had to copy the ID manually.
When I connect the test PC to my mobile and tether, I can connect fine from my PC. When it's on the local network, I can't connect??
