I purchased a personbal key.....

Back when personal use was $20, I purchased several keys for our home computers. One of the features I enjoyed was the "Remote Registry" feature which now seems to be only a part of the enterprise edition ($30 more on top of the $20 that I already paid for each machine) My question is: what will happen? Will I be downgraded to the "free" version and not be able to use some of the features I really enjoyed, or will I be upgraded to the "enterprise" version and have no issues...

Hi Charles,

You do not need to upgrade. Your personal license is equal to what is now Enterprise license. More information here http://www.remoteutilities.com/support/forums/forum3/topic47/

Do you think we can be so cruel as to convert your paid license to the Free one? Never :)

The only problem can be with the product key format. Please, let me know what letter is at the beginning of your key, after "RUT-" part. If you have an old-format key, we will reissue it for you.

I am not sure what you mean by old format, but my key:

RUT-P-9(...)

Yes, we need to re-issue that.

Please, send a message to support@remote-utilities.com and let us know the number of licenses you purchased and registration e-mail. We will send you a new key to that e-mail.

Me too, one of my licence key have the letter P after 'RUT-' :o

I have just send a mail to the support for getting a new licence key!

Just like that Conrad,

My first licence key (pro) have the letter C after 'RUT-' and my third licence key (home) have the letter N after 'RUT-'

These licence keys are good ??? :?:

"C" and "N" are good. It's only the "P" that needs to be replaced.
