Host file keeps on stopping

I have latest version on host and viewer on Windows 10. Host file on host PC keeps on stopping and has to be restarted manually everytime need to log in.

Not sure if there is any crash message, the host icon is visible. But doesnt allow log in. have to right click and then restart. works for a day or two then stops agian

We need a host log then. You can find it in C:\Program Files\Remote Utilities - Host\Logs. Please, zip the log files - the are in the HTML format - and send them over to support@remote-utilities.com.

Just sent it, it had 3 files so I winrar'ed it and emailed. log.rar.
I am planning to visit site this morning so I will see if there is anything else that is preventing it from working normally.
