Can't open Administrator Console on Server 2012 R2 - Gateway Mediation Server

Hello,
I have installed Gateway Mediation Server on my Server 2012 R2,
but when i click on Administrator Console to open it,
nothing happens,
I've disabled Anti-Virus software and tried run as Administrator, uninstalled and re-installed, but nothing works.
the remote utilities server service is running okay.

Hello Martin,

Thanks for the post. Have you tried single-click on the icon in the system tray, instead of double-click?

that worked haha,
i tried everything except that,
it opens no problem from the icon in the system tray,
