RDP over ID does now work

Hello there!

Congrats for this amazing piece of software. Currently I find an issue with RDP service behind a firewall using ID. When a new RDP request is initiate, ask for credentials (make user like DOMAIN\Username) and press login, RDP client frozen on negotiation until session expires (I guess 5 minutes later).

Any idea why this RDP is not started?

Can you please send us the Host log via a support ticket. You can find the log files in C:\Program Files\Remote Utilities - Host\Logs folder.
