Host crash on Windows Server 2008 R2 when configuring NT security

Hi,

I am trying to configure Remote Utilities Host to use NT security on Windows Server 2008 R2. If the DNS Client service is disabled, Host crashes when I go to the Permissions dialog. It does not crash when I enable the DNS Client service.

RUT Host does not crash on a Windows 7 system, regardless of the DNS Client service's status. Could this be something specific to RUT running on Windows Server systems?

Could you please send me your Host log files?

You can find them in C:\Program Files\Remote Utilities - Host\Logs folder.
