windows update KB5124008 and KB5126052 caused connection issue

host is 7.8.4.0
windows 11 Pro
25H2
OS build 26200.9445
i7-8700 3.2 GHz

I've been succesfully using RU since 2019 and now locked out????
I reinstalled the host but still can't get it to Connect
