Old version 6.10.10.0 can not connect internet-ID

Gentlemen,

I installed both host and viewer old version 6.10.10.0 on win 10 and win 11.
The internet-ID connection is unable to connect while the local ip is connecting.

Please help me.

Cloud connection for version 6.x.x.x for free licenses has long been disabled. If you use a free license please, download and install version 7.
