Started using new host computer with Windows 11 about a month ago.  Connecting from two different viewer laptops (with Windows 11) has been no problem until the past few days.  Despite host computer being on, connected to internet and "online," viewer computers show it as "offline."  When I go to host computer and start using it (as in hit any key so that the home screen goes away), host computer now shows up as online and can be connected with via the viewer computers.  This clearly has something to do with the host computer's screensaver or "sleep" settings, even though that has not been a problem most of the past month.  Prior to past few days, it showed as "online," and when viewer connected with host, the host's home screen asked for the 4-digit passcode, just like it does when I am sitting in front of the host.

Hello Michael,

Thank you for your message.

Could you please try enabling the Use legacy capture mode feature and see if this helps to resolve the issue? After enabling the feature, please make sure to restart Host to apply the changes.

Let us know if this helps.

Thank you.  I have done this.  In the time since my initial post, I changed my host's screensaver so that it goes to screensaver after 3 minutes and the home screen "never" sleeps.  I also updated the host software, and the connection seems not to be a problem, so I might have solved the issue already.  I appreciate it!
