Have a Win10 host on free account that for some reason is always showing off live in my address book. Stopped and restarted the host without any effect.
Could you please double-check what is displayed in your Host Setting for its connection status as described in this guide? Make sure that the server used for this Host and set up in its settings matches with the server listed for this connection in your address book.
I found out what the problem was. I am trying out controld (www.controld.com) DNS service. I enabled their Malware filter in my account and it was blocking id72.remoteutilities.com and server.remoteutilities.com. It like other DNS services never tells the user it has blocked something. I discovered what the issue was and put in a rule to all those lookups to complete.
