remote PC online but unable to connect

Hi all,
I have one host PC currently online but when I try to logon, or to access in any way, my viewer gets me the "unable to connect" message.

Suddenly later the host PC goes offline and after one second it returns online.

Both viewer and host have exactly the same rut version.

No way to exit this loop...what can it be?
