I am running 7.1.5.0 under Windows 10 (both server and viewer). The server is a laptop with an external monitor connected; the desktop is extended to both displays. The built-in display (the primary display) reports being connected to the on-board (Intel) graphics while the external monitor is connected to a discrete (Nvidia) graphics card.
Under Full control on the viewer, the window has space for both displays but only the built-in display is visible. The rest is black. Windows on the external display can be moved to the built-in display and become visible. Anything that is moved to the external display vanishes. Mouse clicks on the external display side don't seem to do anything.
This happens in all viewing modes. I can view the built-in display alone. If I try to view only the external display I get the full extended display, but with a static copy of the built-in display (instead of black) where the external display should be.
I wonder if this is a configuration problem.

Hello Mike,
Thank you for your message.
Could you please try enabling the Use legacy capture mode feature in the Host Settings -> Other tab and restarting your Host afterwards to see if this helps to resolve the issue? You can also enable the feature via the Remote Settings feature - in this case Host will be restarted automatically when you submit the changes.
Please let us know if this works for you.
