hello new here but got a device issue

version 7.0 latest version running server and viewer and host

issue facing the computer trying to connect to seems to be just the one pc causing me an issue seems to say cant connect but connects asks for password for the connection and connect but just seems to be stuck locading the screen for viewer

tryed local connect by IP and using ID with my server but just stuck loading
pics provided for reference
i have a laptop that works and able to connect

Thank you for your message.

Please try enabling the Use legacy capture mode feature in the Host Settings -> Other tab and see if this helps to resolve the issue. After enabling the feature please make sure to restart Host in order for the changes to be applied.
Please note that you can enable the Use legacy capture mode feature remotely via the Remote Settings feature - in this case Host will be restarted automatically after the changes are submitted.
