Update issue with viewer

I am trying to update the viewer (auto update) from 7.0.0.1 - it goes through the normal update process, and closes the viewer - it then does not restart - when I restart it manually, it has not updated. What is wrong, please?

Thank you for your message.

Perhaps, the msi installer is broken on that computer somehow. You can try the following:

1. Manually uninstall Viewer via Windows settings.

2. Download and install Viewer.
