Unable to view monitors in vertical orientation

Using a pro license of 6.8, when we connect to some computers that have monitors in vertical orientation we get nothing but a black screen. The quick view shows the correct orientation, but when we connect to the computer it does not display.

Hello Eric,

Please, try solutions listed on this page. The "Use legacy capture mode" option can help in this situation.
