I can no longer connect to my remote pc with v 7.

Hello to All,
I have installed the viewer on a second pc, I have entered my PRO license, but now I can no longer connect to my remote pc. They connect to me in callbacks and and I get notifications, but I can't access them. Is it a licensing problem, that I can't install it in two viewers at the same time? Help please
