I would like to know if you would be able to make a payment according to a month of using the pro software to perform tests and possibly purchase licenses.
I am wanting to check if the access will work to possibly buy, but this support process is very slow, making you lose interest in using your software, if you can verify this with some attention would be grateful.
I am using an IP Address as a server, and it is not possible to use google DNS as we use a system that redirects automatic DNS. Would you have access remotely to verify the problem better?
good morning, already checked these topics and still the problem persists, I'm using the RU server to redirect access. The computer is known to be online but locked preventing access.
