I did the upgrade to 6.10.5.0 and have seen no change in the behavior. There certainly seem to be enough people having this issue that it isn't a fluke. There must be some systemic problem going on.

Can you share how to isolate this problem? I am having the same difficulty in v 6.10.3.0
