I have about 5 clients I remote access and all of them use some form of QB desktop (various versions). With the latest update of 6.10.5. I noticed that I get the attached error when printing to the remote printer out of QB. If I print to a pdf, I can open up the pdf and print that to remote utilities. This is my workaround but it's pretty annoying when I was used to it always working. TIA
Hello, I am using windows 7 and I upgraded from the viewer version 6.3.
Issue: everything was working fine when I installed on the 30th of March. But today 4/3 all of a sudden I click on the shortcut and it tells me the rutview.exe file is missing?
I submitted a ticket for this issue. Also Microsoft Security Essentials says the rutview.exe is a Trojan Virus. I suspect my computer automatically deleted it during a scan. Which is why I couldn't open it today.
