Hi,
I installed Agent on my remote computer, and Viewer on my local computer for testing. It's connected successfully, however, the Active Connection box on the bottom right of Agent's desktop shows Viewer's domain name and machine name. Could this be set up to show only Internet-ID like 123-456 or others instead? Apparently, it is not a good idea to show Viewer's domain name and machine name to the customer. Thanks a lot!
