I run a Host that remote PCs connect to with Viewer. After I ran the Win10Pro Upgrade, no Viewers are able to connect. I have downloaded and reinstalled the Host and Viewer modules, reset the Internet ID in all installs, reset Windows login credentials, rebooted all machines and obtained a new license. I can't think of anything else I can do. Users are able to connect, but when the login screen appears and credentials are keyed in, it reappears with an empty password field. I presume that means the credentials are not accepted thus interrupting the login process. What else can I do to fix this? Everything worked fine prior to the upgrade.
