rpm packages will not install

Fedora 43 has upgraded digest algorithms.
The "package does not verify: no digest" error typically occurs when the RPM package was built using an older, insecure digest algorithm (like MD5) that is blocked by newer Fedora security policies, or if the package data is corrupted. Fedora enforces stricter security checks than in the past.
Any chance these packages can be upgraded with SHA256? Fedora expects packages to use modern algorithms like SHA256 and not MD5 anymore.
host1.0.22.b22_x86_64.rpm
Thanks
Andrew
