[ Closed ] [Resolved] Only one machine is showings as on-line

Hi, Today I have a problem - I have a free license with 10 machines connected (most are on-line) however Today only ONE machine is showing on-line. Can someone help
Viewer version: 7.6.2.0
Host version: Not sure must most have the latest version 7.6.2.0

Hi Dave,

Thank you for your message and apologies for the late reply.

Could you please double-check if the issue still persists for you? It might be occurring if your remote Hosts were mistakenly flagged by an antivirus software - in this case, you can try adding your Host installation folder to the exception list following this guide.
