We had some minor issues on one of our servers. However, the issue had already been fixed and the connection works now. Please check if it's working for you.
The issue might have affected all users connected via our public servers. We don't have connectivity restrictions or separate servers for commercial licenses. If this is a concern for you, we recommend that you try using self-hosted RU Server instead - it's also available for free license users.
