Cannot Use Capital "R" in General Address Book Subfolders

Running Viewer 7.0.0.1, Clients are on 7.0.0.1 and 7.0.0.3. When adding subfolders in the General Address Book, I cannot type a capital letter R. I can copy and paste it in as well as use lowercase. Tested on multiple machines and all have the same issue.
