Important Updates to Our Licensing Policy

1. Mini License Renamed to Plus

The Mini license has been renamed to Plus to better reflect its terms and position within our licensing tiers. This is strictly a name change—no changes have been made to the license terms.

• Current Mini licenses will continue to work as usual. Users can still add more concurrent users (techs) or upgrade to the Pro license type if needed.
• The new name, Plus, better represents this license as an intermediate option in our lineup, replacing the term "Mini," which was less descriptive. The number of controlled devices allowed by the Plus license is still 50, just as it was in the Mini license.

2. Name Display in the Viewer

If you purchase and apply a Plus license key, the Viewer may still display "Mini" in the License key storage. This is because updating the license name there requires a program update.

• We are already working on this fix, and the corrected name will be displayed in the next software update.
• Rest assured, "Mini" and "Plus" are the same license, and this display issue does not affect functionality.

3. Discontinuation of the Endpoint License

The Endpoint license has been discontinued and is no longer available for purchase.

• Existing Endpoint licenses will remain fully functional, and users can still upgrade or extend them as needed.
• The Endpoint license was initially introduced during the COVID-19 period to address specific customer needs. However, to simplify our licensing structure, we have decided to discontinue this license.
• The Endpoint license will still be available for resellers in the Partner Area on the website.
