The viewers will be a mixture of internal and external connections, as they need to connect where ever they are. The hosts and Relay server are all located internally. To begin with we will not have any external hosts, but we might in the future. In this setup, they are all located within the network.

Hi Conrad

Yes that is correct. It is successful when performing the step described in that guide.

Hi Guys.

we have tried setting up a Relay server as a test before taking the leap over to these services. We are able to get RemoteUtilities to work when connected to the internal network. But we are not able to use the Relay Server. We have forwarded 5655 to the Relay Server (bouncing over 2 routers - both configured to forward 5655 to the next jump). We have disabled the firewall on the server. And we have checked that the port is responding. But we are not able to control any hosts, or login to the relay server.
We have also tried using alternative ports, without any luck. We seem to be stuck on how to move forward and need suggestions as to what we can try.

We would really like this to work, and we see Remote Utilities as a good Replacement to  [censored] .
