When trying to register initially it said our email address is invalid but it was a pro level business .com domain - so no idea why that was the case.
So registered again using our alternative .com email address and then paid for a license.
Got no confirmation or email or anything else and the entire day has gone past.
Sent contact form to sales for help as I can't open a ticket as don't have paid account!
No response from sales either.
So literally paid a second time on our other email address to see if it was something to do with that but yet again, no confirmation, no license and no feedback or emails.
Both times paid via Paypal on business account.
What on earth is going on?
