How to work simultaneously on different user accounts using RU.

Support level: Free or trial
Hi,
I would like to ask about the licensing for Remote Utilities.
Here is my requirement: I have a Windows computer with multiple user accounts. Several other computers need to remotely connect to it, log in, and work simultaneously on different user accounts.
Does Remote Utilities support this scenario? If so, how should I install it and what kind of license do I need to purchase?
Thanks.
Hello Nguyen,

Thank you for your message.

What you're describing refers to multiple terminal sessions. Remote Utilities does allow you to connect to existing terminal sessions on a remote machine (such as the console session or active RDP sessions), but it does not support creating new terminal sessions.

To initiate and manage multiple simultaneous user sessions on a Windows Server, you would need the appropriate Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS) CALs (Client Access Licenses).

Let us know if you have any further questions.
