I am running Viewer version 1.0.27.q on my M1 Mac Mini with macOS Tahoe 26.6.2. Every time I try to connect with a remote computer the login works and the screen starts to load, then Viewer crashes.
I switched over to using my Windows 10 laptop and had no issues connecting to the same computer.
Is this happening for other mac users?

Hi Glen,
Thank you for your message.
Is there any error message or output? Could you send it to us at support@remoteutilities.com ?
Thanks.

I am having the same issue. Generally, the Remote Utilities Viewer for Mac seems somewhat unstable. I can connect to a Remote Computer most times but the viewer randomly becomes unresponsive and I have to 'force quit'.

Hi Joseph,
Please, try again. It should work now. But in Viewer for macOS/Linux the update notification just leads you to the download page on the site. In the future, we'll add a self-updating system similar to how it works in RU for Windows.
Thanks.
