Trying to update my 7.1.7.0 viewer to 7.2.2.0 and it's asking for the 7.1.7.0 msi (I delete installers from my machine once they're done). I cannot find the 7.1.7.0 msi in the older versions section only 6.10.
Is there anywhere I can get the 7.1.7.0 msi so I can update my viewer? It won't even let me uninstall unless I have the 7.1.7.0 msi...
Please try using this Microsoft troubleshooting tool that helps to automatically fix issues when you're blocked from updating/removing software. Simply download the troubleshooter, run it and follow the steps provided by the wizard. After using the tool you should be able to update your current installation.
