Not accepting License Key

my version is 6.10.10.00.   I've wiped out file C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Remote Utilities Files\config4.xml.   I've downloaded the zip file and which has a key.txt file, but it won't load into the License Key Storage area.   Why not?

Could you please try fully uninstalling Viewer following this guide and see if you’re able to register your key after re-installation?
