Viewer not connecting to host

Viewer and Host versions are both 7.0.2.0.
When I connect, the screen just gives the "Connecting...." graphic. Sometimes the thumbnail in the Connections window shows the actual screen of the Host computer, but it never connects.
I've turned on logging. This is what it shows:
