the remote utilities download that is on the site dose not work because my operating system is 10.6.8

Could you please clarify what module of Remote Utilities you're trying to download and what exactly operating system is running on your device (i.e. Windows, Mac OS, Linux, etc.)? Do you have any antivirus software installed on the device where the issue occurs?
