Upgrade Remote Utilities

Upgrades to minor versions (5.x) are free for all users (Upgrade Policy). To upgrade Remote Utilities simply download and run the installer files.

Which version do I use?

To check the Viewer or portable Viewer version:

  1. Open the Viewer.
  2. Go to the Help tab and click About Remote Utilities.

To check the Host version:

  1. Right-click on the Host icon in the system tray.
  2. Select About Remote Utilities and find the version number in the About window.

To check the Agent version:

  1. Run the Agent.
  2. Click on the gear icon and select About Remote Utilities.
