I would be inclined to believe that if this issue occurred with any other remote software. [censored] was used some time ago & Bomgar never exhibits this issue. Even when the keyboard is misbehaving in a RU session. I can disconnect & startup a Bomgar session & the keyboard works as it should.
I had reported earlier about the Ctl+Alt+Del not working & now I have noticed that something strange is going on with keyboard input in general. I noticed that I was not being able to login to Windows remotely because I kept getting a password not correct error. I could go to the computer keyboard & login fine. Then I noticed after logging in locally that the Shift & Enter keys were not responding remotely but worked fine locally. Even disconnecting & reconnecting to the remote host did not resolve the issue. Rebooting usually helps but the problem pops up again later. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help troubleshoot this...
I checked & rechecked the RU Server address & passwords on all connections & they matched. I also Removed passwords from all connections & unchecked use passwords in the RU Server & I still see the "!" & sync is still not working.
I am having difficulties with Address Book Synchronization. I notice that there is an Exclamation mark "!" briefly displayed on the Cloud Icon for the new box when I add or edit the entry. This is occurring on all host entries both inside & outside our network. Port 5655 forwarding is working because I can setup & access Address Book entries. I do not see anything in any of the logs to indicate what may be causing the problem.
