Can´t upgrade Basic to Mini in "My Account" ?

Hi:

I try in "upgrade your support level." to upgrade a Mini and put the license and I reject it.

Need to get suupport ticket.

Perhaps, the license key text was garbled or something. Anyway, I identified you as a paid customer and manually raised your support level. Feel free to submit a support ticket now.
