connection mode is disabled in security settings on the host side

hello good afternoon as I try to connect to a computer is giving this error "this connection mode is disabled in security settings on the host side" how do I fix this error?

Thank you for your message. Your post has been moved to a new thread.

Regarding the error, you need to make sure that the selected connection mode is allowed on the Host side. In order to do this, right click on the Host icon in the system tray, select Settings for Host -> Security -> Modes tab and make sure that the mode you want to use is UNchecked.
