Normal behaviour of RU connection

Hello there

One question. What is the normal behaviour of RU when a connection is stablished, does it show the screen as it stand on the remote computer, or does it present you with the windows login screen?

I need to use RU to give support to customers so i need to be able to share their screen to see what they are doing. I have just made a test and i ended up in the windows login page...

Could you please verify what connection method you’re using when connecting to a remote Host? It looks like you should be using Full Control and View connection method since it would suit your scenario most.

Let us know if using Full Control and View method helps or if the issue persists.
