Host disconnects and then reconnects

I am using the free version from 1 computer to connect to 2 hosts. All 3 computers are at my home and are on the same network.

In the last month, the 2 hosts keep disconnecting and then reconnecting 5 seconds later or just hangs a lot of the time. This happens all day long.

Could you please send us the most recent Host log files for examination?  Here’s how you can locate the logs. You can send the logs to support@remoteutilities.
