Are there overloaded servers now?
Lately for some time I have noticed sometimes very slow operation.
Even disconnecting and connecting does not help

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
There is no overloading whatsoever. Our server infrastructure can sustain a peak load several times higher than usual.
Hope that helps.

We recommend that you update your version to the current 7.6.2.0. Make sure that you update both Viewer and Host/Hosts.Version software 7.2.2.0
Hope that helps.

Then what's going on? I can't connect to the id.remoteutilities.com, log says connect timeout to port 443, with occasional DNS resolution issues.

Hello,
There can be many potential reasons why a connection might fail, including—but not limited to—DNS resolution issues within a specific network segment, temporary global outages, data center connectivity problems, or even restrictions or disruptions caused by specific ISPs. While our servers are up and running normally at the moment, we’re continuing to monitor the situation closely. If the issue persists, we recommend trying a different network or contacting your ISP for further assistance.
