Actually they do respond :) Only they never answer the question why. Instead, they answer that "Administrators can create a detection exclusion from the ESET PROTECT console centrally for all clients."
I'm not in a position to discuss the merits of different corporate antivirus software. But..
According to VirusTotal there are no detections from Kaspersky, TrendMicro, Norton, Symantec. All detections come from several junk and half-baked a/v engines ...and ESET. Well, that's a good company for an a/v vendor that claims to be in the top-10 (sarcasm).
Please, do not duplicate posts across topics. I will answer your question here as well - we are NOT to blame if ESET is incapable of distinguishing between malware and legitimate software. You should contact ESET with this problem, not us. Here is their email for your convnience: email@example.com
Thank you for your submission. It seems that you try to build an installer, which is signed by compromised RemoteUtilities digital certificate (already known from malware). Please create unsigned installer and (if required) sign it with your own certificate. Such installer is expected to be optionally detected as potentially unsafe application RemoteUtilities.
