Good Afternoon,

I'm having problem about getting free license for free edition. Im entering my name and e-mail address with .com suffix but i doesn't get the license key. what dou you think i should do? help me, thanks.

That was probably a brief server outage. Try to register now, it should work.

u know, the window 'get free license' doesn't even geting changet, it seems like it's frozen... and there is no window 'the key has successfully added'

Please, stop flooding. Our technical support responds to all messages in a reasonable time.

The reason why you cannot connect is either the incorrectly installed Viewer (try to re-install it) or a firewall/antivirus software that blocks the program from accessing the registration web server.

Also, there is a difference between RMS and Remote Utilities. This is the support forum for Remote Utilities. If you have a difficulty getting a free license key for RMS please post a message to the Russian forum.
