Both Viewer and Host won't install

just downloaded both viewer and host. Both install on my office Win 10 pro HP500 desktop and an win XP Pro HP8200 we use as file server at office. However, a duplicate HP500 at home and a Dell Laptop (both win10 Pro) will not install either host or viewer. Error message for viewer says can't find viewer.msi in the install directory. It's there. When clicked, nothing happens.

Error for host says can't find file specified.

Thank you for your message.

Could you please let us know if there's any antivirus/firewall software installed on the machines where the issue occurs?
In addition, could you please let us know the full text of the error message you're receiving and the version of Remote Utilities you're attempting to install (e.g. 6.10.10.0 or 6.12.1.0 (Beta 1))?

Just found out you are a Russian company. Uninstalling immediately.

We are sorry to see you go. We would only be happy if you trusted "a Russian company" the same way Petrobras, P&G, BT and many other of our customers do (including many US municipalities).
