Remote Utilities is mistakenly detected as malware

Add Remote Utilities to exceptions

Add the following folders to your antivirus software exceptions list:

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Remote Utilities - Viewer\

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Remote Utilities - Server\

To add Agent to the exceptions list, specify the folder where you run Agent from.
